Payment
The price quoted before the repair becomes payable once we make an online login to the manufacturer system — this applies even if coding is unsuccessful. Most unsuccessful attempts are caused by a pre-existing fault with the vehicle (not the coding software), so the login fee covers diagnostic time and online access.
Stolen modules
If a module is identified as stolen or flagged, we are required to pass customer details to the police. Please only bring modules from reputable suppliers and keep proof of purchase.
